Hey Hockey Families,

We have switched vendors and are now using The Players Bench. 

Here is the new order form for this year.  Fill in the form with what you would like to order. The 2009 order form has a link address to all the items if you want to see the item.  The logo placement will be the same as last year, refer to the 2008 sell sheet if you can't remember.  I have left the Harrow 2008 sell-sheet up just for reference.  Note, the items are different this year on the 2009 order form.    If you have any questions please give me a call.  I want to collect all order sheets by November 2nd.  The form can also be emailed to me.

Hi Hockey Players,
